The first SANEZOO SmartCube inspection station has been put into operation at NTS Brno. For SANEZOO, this is an important milestone, as it represents the first customer installation of this new product in a real production environment.
Quality as a Long-Term Priority for NTS
NTS Brno is part of the NTS Group and focuses on precision engineering manufacturing, where quality plays a crucial role. Every part must meet customer requirements not only in terms of functionality, but also in terms of precision, repeatability and delivery reliability.
This is why automated visual inspection is becoming increasingly important in engineering production. It helps standardize the inspection process, reduce dependency on subjective operator assessment and create more stable conditions for quality evaluation. For NTS, this type of solution is not just a technological add-on, but part of a broader effort to maintain high production standards over the long term and deliver parts that customers can rely on.
A Standalone Inspection Station Without Complex Line Integration
SANEZOO SmartCube is designed as a standalone inspection station for visual quality control. The customer receives a complete inspection workplace with a controlled imaging environment, properly configured lighting, cameras, software-based evaluation and the ability to configure the system according to the specific inspection task.
The advantage of this solution is that it does not need to be directly integrated into the production line. Parts can be inspected manually or semi-automatically in a defined environment, enabling faster and more predictable deployment than a fully integrated inline system.
For customers who want to start with automated quality control but do not want to immediately launch a large-scale integration project, SmartCube represents a practical intermediate step. It makes it possible to validate a specific inspection task, achieve stable results and gradually build a foundation for further automation.
From Delivery to Continuous System Refinement
One of the important aspects of the NTS project is the approach to the deployment itself. The work does not end with the delivery of the station. Even after installation, SANEZOO actively monitors the operation of the system, collects data and uses it to further refine the outputs.
This approach is particularly important in visual inspection applications, where the quality of the result depends not only on the hardware, but also on correct inspection task configuration, continuous fine-tuning and work with real production data.
