Advanced Automated Inspection for Coated Surfaces

Overview

Aspecialized system for automatic quality inspection of coated surfaces. Using 3D visualization and AI analysis, it reliably detects structural, mechanical, and coating defects, from scratches and pores to orange peel texture and dust particles. The system ensures that every part meets the required visual and quality specifications.
